August 2024
Dear Crabapple Crossing Community,
Welcome to the 2024 – 2025 school year!
Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is comprised of ALL parent and staff members. We are represented by an Executive Board of 11 people (2 Co-Presidents, 4 Vice Presidents, a
parliamentarian, a secretary, a treasurer, a faculty representative, and a community member), committee chairs that organize our various programs, and a large body of volunteers who ultimately make our work possible. The PTO is here to support the CCES community and thrives best when families are engaged. We are so grateful for our parent and community volunteers and are always happy to welcome new faces. Without volunteers, our work literally wouldn’t be possible, so THANK YOU to our returning volunteers! And WELCOME to our new ones!
If you are interested in becoming more involved at CCES this year, please reach out to us at
pto.colts@gmail.com. We’d love to have you!!! You can also follow us via our Facebook group (Crabapple Crossing PTO) or on Twitter (@CCES_Colts_PTO). We encourage you to join us at the PTO meetings throughout the year, and we look forward to seeing you all around the community.
As we embark on a new school year, we’d like to extend an especially warm welcome to our new staff, families, and students at Crabapple Crossing. Please feel free to reach out to Jen or Rachel, as well as any teachers and administrators, with any questions, suggestions, or ideas. We sincerely hope that everyone has a wonderful school year, and we can’t wait to finish the 2024-2025 school year. CRABAPPLE STRONG!
Sincerely,
Jen Speers & Rachel Bartlone
Co-Presidents
